Bill, OPA politics is this HOA’s most valuable amenity. 
This is a case where a lot of well-intentioned, hard-working association members put a lot of time and effort into a project likely to produce results that should never be used for policy decisions by the board. It all goes back to the definition of a camel. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Since I am fairly new to this community… 3 years now wanted to ask if this survey is new to our community? I read through the questions and thought some of them were pretty odd for a survey for improving the community. then again over the past year I feel like I belong to an episode of the twilight zone. between the Farr debacle, class action suits over votes, conspiracy theories and what seems like a power struggle over a volunteer BOD position, it definitely isnt boring around here:) |
