I have written before regarding my resignation. You continue to say it was because I was not elected president. I have stated before and one last time I will state again. I resigned because I, in good conscience, could not serve with Larry Perrone as president of the board. I believe my concerns about Perrone  have been confirmed over the last several months. If any other board member were elected I would not have resigned.

Looking back, and considering the death of my daughter in March it was the right decision at the time but I did not know what would occur in the months following my resignation.

Being on the board is not easy. It is tragic what has happened to Cami Rogers. I suspect Tom Janasek  will be removed from the board for his statements and should be.

It is sad to see how the board has conducted itself over the past months. My hope is that in time new people will emerge who will serve with the greatest concern being what is best for Ocean Pines.
