| I believe the motion to appoint Secretary and one or two board member appointments will be in open session. My assumption is the closed session will be to discuss names of potential new board appointments. Also, keep in mind any newly appointed board member would then be eligible to be voted as corporate Secretary | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Agenda items ---- Motion to appoint replacement director(s) and Election of Secretary --- are they done while the board is in closed session or does the board come out of closed session back into open session to address these two items? |
