As a Board member I can only speak for myself, not the other members of the Board or the Board as an entity. Those are the rules. To speak for the Board requires a motion, a second to that motion, and (barring abstaining by some) four votes.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: As a homeowner, Frank Daly requested the board adjust the ad to reflect Mr. Gene's info. Maybe Frank Daly can tell us why he didn't do it as a board member. The only one who spoke up that I recall. |
