The line is straight. As was the case when I found the unapproved construction on OPA property back in 2009 and Marty told me I did not know what I was talking about.
The area of intrusion is about 20 feet by 160 feet, with a fair amount of construction, including a high wall. In 2010 or so the issue was resolved via a new lease agreement. As I recall, Seacrets agreed to remove everything they built if asked by the board. I have no idea what the more recent leases say. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: For what it's worth, this is from the state's SDAT system. The OPA owns parcels 6839, 7454, and 7454-1.
