I didn’t sleep through anything. What financial disaster are you talking about? I have never suggested we replace our current GM who, in my opinion, has been doing an excellent job. The our assessment is based on our yearly budget, aka best guess. Trying to compare our assessment to River Run or Riddle Farm is a waste of time without first understanding what is included in that assessment. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: Please explain “ended in financial disaster“? The last two years we have suffered the highest assessment ever only to end up with approximately $3 Million Dollars of our money in excess of the budget. What financial disaster are you talking about? Marty Did you sleep through those years right after the board fired Bob Thompson and appointed a board member as acting GM? Marty, compared with most HOAs in the area, OPA has maintained a reasonable assessment. Are you suggesting OPA fire the GM and hire someone who can do a better job of producing proposed budgets for board review more to your liking?
