If you read my response I said exactly that. It's not OPA's call to ban someone from a certain establishment - it's the establishment that has that authority. OPA has Matt Orr manage at least three of their food/bar establishments, it would be Orr management that ultimately would decide that not OPA! Also, police were not called to the scene so that person's ignorant low class behavior may have been vulgar but perhaps not illegal.
I don't know, I wasn't there but OPA doesn't have the call on banning someone from public eateries!!!!! |
