Section 23: OPA Elections Subject: OPA Get Involved Msg# 1163678

Folks had no problem knowing the identity of the opponents. and the proponents in that old issue of the Taj by the lake. Info was spread throughout all the various news outlets, as I recall.
That project was an unusual example, where I differed from my neighbor, Mark Venit's views. Tis now also the state & local political season, so folks should be accustomed to getting mailings, and recognize that ads galore can be expected from all quarters. Like the anti-Dan Cox mailings, from some obscure committee, seen lately in mailboxes here. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty Kudos for your efforts to stop the OP version of the Taj Mahal. Along with the OP voters. The actual "Taj Mahal" version of a Community Center predated the one STOP opposed by about 10 or 15 years. As for the STOP efforts, why didn't STOP identify itself as the sender of the postcards? I have a strong dislike for anonymous attempts to influence OPA elections or attack OPA members. I am surprised you apparently support such efforts. |
