That said, it is not inappropriate for any association member to point out Farr’s position as a Director with regard to the recent bylaws change - totally as a result of Hemmick trying to place some sort of blame on the Bylaws & Resolutions committee and Jacobs - thus stoking the embers of the Farr case to attack Jacobs.

Hemmick brought up the issue and now some are going after Grein for addressing what Hemmick wrote.
