For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I don't see it as OPA/Board picking which DRs to enforce, rather which speech they think is protected and which signs are to be cited. Clearly selective enforcement. You keep making the above charge against OPA and, based on what Linda wrote, your charge is a bit extreme. It is certainly reasonable for OPA to look into whether some of the signs such as blue lives / black lives / all lives can be regulated. If you want to call this "selective enforcement" at this time, pending some legal review (late I will grant) so be it. |
