Yes. She attends quite frequently. I'm not sure why you don't understand what I am saying. I've got ZERO issue with only allowing owners to attend. I completely understand why the Board wants to do that. I have a HUGE issue that the Board has decided last minute that only one form of ID will be accepted and it's a form that many homeowners do not have. There is no reason why the exact same ownership protocol used at the annual meeting in August can't be used now...unless they are specifically trying to limit owners from attending...and that's wrong especially given the "we need to meet on Saturdays so the working people and part time owners can attend"....+how are those people supposed to get to Administration by 425 today? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I assume all those neighbors of yours regularly attend board meetings? If not, what is the agenda item that would now spark their interest? Meeting attendance can be limited to association members, no question, as far as I can determine. As for the cards at Saturday’s meeting, looks like a emergency decision based on threats. |
