Okay, now it's time for me to ask you for clarification.  What the heck does that sentence mean? One, amenity memberships, as in $1,400 for golf, $600 for swim, racquet sports, etc. are available to anyone.  Available to me as a member or owner of property.  Available to long-term or short-term renters.  Available to people living outside of Ocean Pines.  

Two, the sentence says nothing about what should be charged to these groups for these memberships, or for that matter daily rates.  I would like to see OPA change their practice to classify two categories:  members (owners) and all others.  Members get a lower rate than all others.
