Correct. An owner can run their house as a short term rental. As is the policy now, when the renters come to the pools and give that owners address, they get the resident rate. Over the summer, one owner could have 100 different people staying in the home getting the cheaper rate. I like the idea that in order to get the resident rate you must have a card. If Grandma wants her grandkids to get the rate, she needs to trust the kids with her card. | ||||||
