For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Putting a lien on somebody's house for such a trivial amount when you know what that person is dealing with is beyond tone deaf. The statute of limitations on a breach of contract claim is 3 years, so unless this amount was overdue for that long, I say maybe put that pen away for the moment. or maybe OPA is being proactive and doing their job. Their seems to be a pattern of not paying bills if you look at the judicial website. |
