re the board objection to a "vile" comment by ms knupp, it seemed to me that some of those same board members had no problem with truly vile comments that were directed at a female board member in front of her husband at the Matt Ortt managed Yacht Club . . . if I recall, didn't Matt Ortt AND some board members oppose the long-term ejection of the person who committed the VILE tirade (wasn't said opposition basically based on procedural technicality rather than on the circumstances of the event?) 

So some of the same board members/management company who decided that no action was warranted and/or authorized in response to public vileness directed at a board member is offended that Ms Knupp's comment was "vile" (while reprinting said vileness in the press release) . . . what a load of crap.  (ooopppsss, sorry, vile).

The OPA press release is right up there with the original head-scratching Matt Ortt letter that was published early-on in this horrible episode.  Both are a big 'why' . . . just shut up, your fragile ego's will survive.
