No...its a FACT, Matt Ortt, his family or the Matt Ortt Company is NOT involved in the accident that claimed the life of Gavin Knupp.
Matt Ortt was not directly involved in that hit-and-run, and no one has said he was. But Matt Ortt did issue at least two press releases, including some sort of an apology for doing so. Why? I believe that is the "involvement" people are referencing and there should be no "libel" in doing so. Seems lately even a sneeze brings on a threat of legal action. Maybe, just maybe, we can all lower the temperature a bit. Let the legal system work to a conclusion. |
