| When my manager, John Bailey, was told by the Board to fire me I am confident that he had no issues with my performance. just the board choosing to use power for political purposes. If there was an anonymous employee complaint filed it was not investigated. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: To clarify, the job offer was rescinded by HR stating "Ocean Pines' rescinded the job offer...not aquatics. Furthermore, on multiple occasions John Viola told me (and my husband) that my boss sung my praises. This is pure and simple ugly politics coming from this Board majority. It's sad. I will be asking if my many hours of volunteer service within OP is also off limits. |
