For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The envelope was postmarked July 19, 2023 from Zip Code 98032 which is Kent, Washington. Eight days AFTER they should have been mailed. The only question I have is, being the owner of 2 lots, should I be expecting a second ballot? Yes. Seems odd you received only one thus far. Keep us posted on the second.
