Perhaps you don't understand the issue. My question had nothing to do with how the Election Committee handled the election. My question was about use of the eBlast as a means of official notification of the Anual Meeting. Also, it was not the Election Committee's responsibility to handle any notification of the rescheduled Annual Meeting.

The Board dropped the ball. Those postcards Bruce mentioned are being printed TODAY. Ask yourself why those postcards are being printed and mailed today, two weeks AFTER the board decision to reschedule the annual meeting and public discussion of the need for notification at the special board meeting. It could have been done in time for mailing with 15-day notice.

Mistakes were made after that special meeting. The board should simply acknowldge them and move on.
