In that 2008 agreement, the agreement of September 3, 1977 is referenced. Of interest is the 2008 agreement states that the 1977 agreement is reaffirmed. I believe there may be a 2011 agreement. Do you have that? Then I find a reference to a 2013 agreement. And then a possible, agreement in 2022.

As an aside, the 2008 agreement says the fire department has the use of the northside land for "successive periods of 20 years" until a dissolution of the Department, and in that case, the building and the remained of the FD assets are distributed to OPA.

Looks to me like an interpretation of that could mean the land remains in control of the fire department forever so long as the FD is not dissolved?????
