A draft of proposed ARC Guidelines went to the Board at the January 20, 2024 meeting as a "first reading". The draft provision for political signs addresses flags and banners as well as the time limits on posting signs.
The meeting materials for the January 20, 2024 Board meaning do not include the draft, although there was a description of the areas covered as well as in the verbal presentation at the meeting. I am not aware off any publication of the draft. The ARC Committee meeting minutes of March 5, 2024 indicate that relevant comments, including those of the attorney, have been received and the proposed Guidelines are ready for Board approval. For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The signs in question are not flags. I understand that. My intention was to support your earlier statement of community confusion on signs and flags and your suggestion that it's time for a legal review and more clarity in the ARC guidelines. |
