Paul ~ OPA has Declaration Of Restrictions, Resolutions and Governing Documents that outline which specific yard signs are allowed and not allowed. This has nothing to do with whether tax payers support public education. When people decide to live in a HOA, there are bylaws, governing documents and DRs that are to be followed.
