As I understand it, ARC approval will not be required for OPA Board and Referendum signs, although property owner approval is necessary. I believe that in the final Guidelines to be adopted, this will be made clear.
Thanks. However, the final proposed Guidelines as of yesterday do not make this clear. Again, my suggestion to the Board of Directors is to hold a Town Hall meeting prior to any board vote to approve the proposed Guidelines. |
