For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Remembering Norm Katz: Sorry to hear Norm passed. He was responsible, among other things, for having the County designate Ocean Pines as a "Leash Area". The only place designated as such other than County property. That tied in with the County law to require waste pick up in Leash Areas and a fine if violated. Hard to enforce but useful as a deterrent. |
