I understand Robert how it can be confusing. I used to be in District 5 which has a school board candidate race. However there was an imbalance in voters between District 5 [Commissioner Chip Bertnos District with School Board candidates] and District 6 [Commissioner Jim Buntings District, no school board election]. To correct the imbalance District lines were redrawn and some of District 5s voters were moved to 6.  In my case the lines were redrawn from the Parkway, onto Newport Drive, continuing across Windjammer, past our home and turning immediately right from Newport onto Whitecap. We were consequently moved to District 6 while my neighbors directly across the street are in District 5. Our voting location was also moved from the library to the Community Hall.
