For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I continue to be frustrated with no solution to trash pick up. I was at the meeting, talkEd with a rep from Republic who gave me a phone number to call. I have called 3 times and only get VM. I have emailed Stuart Lackernick as well. Someone needs to take accountability as to weather we are on a list to receive a new small can and pick up old one. The trash collector is also frustrated as he must get out of the truck to pick up my trash and tell us we are not following the rules. I have back problems, am close to 80 and would very much appreciate an answer. |
