Received the following response from Republic's Operations Manager today:
I will get with our crews to make sure they are on the same page and picking up 4 bags of yard waste, brown bag or plastic, when they grab the trash. Saturdays, will only be brown paper bag pick ups. It appears the problem is with the drivers getting mixed messages. Hopefully all will be resolved during your trash pickup later this week. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Well Republic drove down South South side on Nottingham a few minutes ago. Didn't pick up and bags of leaves, plastic or paper up and down the street. Are they going to live up to the terms of their contract? Should OP attorney get involved soon? Are any board members listening? |
