November 2024 Financial Report

Some of the Year to Date Actuals for 2024 at the end of November compared to the end of November 2023 are as follows:

Big Picture -- $65,000 better than last year

A few of the amenities:

Golf $108,000 better than last year

Aquatics $21,000 worse than last year

Marinas $37,000 better than last year

Beach Club $35,000 better than last year

Yacht Club $196,000 worse than last year

Clubhouse Grill $3,000 worse than last year

In other areas, police expenditures were $177,000 more than last year at the end of November, perhaps due to hiring officers that were in the budget this year and last year but not hired last year.

The monthly reports do not include any depreciation expense. However, as a practical matter, any individual operational profit/loss is decreased/increased by depreciation since depreciation is added to the assessment.
