If the YC stays closed until April they won't be doing any business so they won't earn any money, correct?
Orrt will earn money, regardless. Taking the $75,000 hit will allow TOI the time to prepare and hit the ground running when prime season starts while OPA will receive rental income. . |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: My understanding is if we cancel now Ortt gets $75K but if we let them stay until April and the YC is closed until then they would not receive a severance payment, correct? If the YC stays closed until April they won't be doing any business so they won't earn any money, correct? What am I missing? Thanks |
