I cleared my lot. Ocean Pines said I needed to keep the trees along my bulkhead, Who wants trees hiding the water and hanging over your dock and boat?? I took all trees out along the bulkhead.
Two weeks later I got a letter from Ocean Pines informing me that a new bulkhead was to be installed and any trees at the bulkhead would need to be removed at my cost. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: That’s not exactly true. There WAS at least a Dawn Redwood at the North Gate i would not cut!
