As someone who will be paying a higher rate if this goes through thank you for all your efforts.
I still don't understand how we can be forced to pay for other communities mismanagement? No matter how many articles Joe post's I will never understand why we must share our sewer treatment facility? It's built to serve OP, it's located in OP, OP property owners paid for it but the county controls it? Another great mystery of life! |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: BUNTING, BERTINO TO SPEAK AT OPA BOARD MEETING Commissioners Jim Bunting and Chip Bertino will address the Ocean Pines Board of Directors tomorrow morning (Saturday) at their regular open meeting to discuss the County proposal to unfairly increase Ocean Pines water and wastewater service area ratepayers' quarterly bills to pay for deficits in other service areas. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. in the Ocean Pines Country Club. |
