For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ocean Pines sure can pick ‘em. Another former Board of Director is back in the spotlight with her case reopened. She had originally pled guilty to charges of conspiracy to pay kickbacks, making kickback payments, and aiding and abetting within a federal healthcare program. As part of her plea agreement, she was ordered to pay restitution exceeding $4 million and to forfeit $794,000. |
