For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ace has no fiduciary responsibility to OPA members. Let OPA members worry about that. ACE never said it had a fiduciary responsibility to OPA members. Not Ace's problem. ACE never said it was. ACE simply asked how the board will explain the higher cost. ACE is complaining about what took place at the board meeting Saturday. ACE has every right to be upset. What took place was a disgrace. What took place was an insult to the committee members majority who selected ACE and were given ZERO input at the board meeting. Only Randell was given the time and he opposed ACE. In my view, what took place was a pre-arranged setup. |
