Do you feel that the costs are not legitimate? Are they padded? Do you really want to throw away more than a million dollars and still have nothing? I cannot for the life of me understand that idea. It is cutting off your nose to spite your face. If we go for another referendum, we waste time....and as we have found out the hard way....TIME IS MONEY....especially when you are talking about building costs. I really don't get the way some of you are thinking. It is not at all practical. Nancy |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What has been added to the building that was not approved? Hi Nancy, The price. The referendum is a legal document. That being so, doesn't matter the justification, 5 1/2 -6 1/2 Million is not approx. 3.9 Million. The referendum is a legal contract. By the way I checked the costs directly from the sources. |
