gene, dan ran into the "Peter Principal" a long time ago - with a splat. thus, he lied and continues to lie when he not responsive to those whom he says he is going to be. how can he not realize that??? or is he a "yes man" when he really doesn't have the slightest intention of answering them. i can say that thousands of members are so NOT fans of his. -aurore |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe Per Dan: Putting together an auction information package and a good marketing program for a commercial piece of property is turning into a much more complex project than was originally anticipated. A question that seems reasonable to me is ... much more complex project than was originally anticipated... BY WHOM? A novice project point man who is climbing a learning curve with each phase of the project? OPA's project manager (SPN)? The auctioneer? What other "more complex" project phases will cause project milestones to be delayed/missed? Dan's message may be viewed as somewhat ominous for the on-time and on-budget delivery of this project.
