Ed: I am not avoiding anything. The cost to end this fiasco is not on my shoulders, other than my personal member/lot cost. I have guessed the following scenario before: Settlement with Blades (assuming an enforceable contract exists) $700,000.00 Cost to date on pretty pictures and "YES" t shirts and hats $193,000.00 Total $893,000.00 or, $108.24 per member less the proceeds from the sales of the 19 building lots or a +$2,000,000.00, or + $242.42 per member/lot for a net positive of +$134.18 per member/lot.
