Given the gym was a major part of the 29,000 sf, and shown on the bid documents Blades used to bid on the design/build, it is a safe bet the final drawings from Blades will have the gym. Of course those looking for anything and everything to complain about may well speculate there will be no gym in the final plan. On the other hand, perhaps they will decide to subdivide the gym space into small, free, card playing rooms. |
