Janet, Were you one who accused Dan of "scare" tactics when he was quoted in OC Today re a special asessment of up to $500. Your continued insistence that the CC will cost more and more is getting wearing. if you know that for a fact, please give us your cost breakdown that exceeds $6M, not just inuendoes that there are additional costs not included As far as i'm concerned, it's no surprise that the building will cost over $5m, but we need a new community center and what I'd like for Christmas is a stop from all the sore losers and see us get on with the job at hand as one community.
