I totally understand how this is rocket science to you,but it really doesn't take a lot of intelligence to connect the dots.It has been discussed numerous times on this forum regarding the competent level of the then sitting and present board.There were and are many hard working board members who represent the entire community.However there are those who have their own agenda ie; covered pool,marina etc.I'm one who believes in supporting the amenities and their value to the community.I also believe in maintaining the ones we have which has not been done.Janet had tried to make a logical motion for an action plan regarding the maintenance and was voted down.This has all been said numerous times before and far better expressed by other forum members.As for your sarcastic response  you are a prime example why some members hesitate to enter into a dialog. So you want to invest in stock,I'm sure that there are many people who rely on those tax savings to make ends meet. MR RESIDENT is it hard stuffing your mouth with both hands?Is that sarcastic enough?Am I at your level yet?I know I can do better.
