Marty, are you advocating that, based on your 850 petitions, that construction should immediately stop?  What about the nearly three times that many people who voted last year to proceed with this project.  This isn't a no-fee bridge game at the Country Club.  You don't have any trump cards until a new vote is in.  And, Gail just added another 30 days to the schedule making it 105 days from your submission.
