Hi Fritz, Sure , Last January , SPN said you , NOPE , you can not do this building for 3.9 M it would be 6.2 or so. Oops, it did not meet the referendum. Back it went and when it reappear the 3.9M number was no longer turnkey, but just "construction cost." See it meets the referendum now. However, the referendum's prospectus had clearly stated what was to be included in construction cost of 3.9M. What the prospectus guareented added up to 5.4 again not 3.9M Now in the process of verifying the numbers presented, I questioned SPN about the 450,000 and they admitted that it was only 6-7 %. That was 1/2 of which had been previous required. But even that number was removed from construction cost( found now in "other costs". ) Now if you asked why ,you get some stammering some clearing of the throat with a vague maybe we might not need it. If we needed 14% to be included then we sure need it now, and it fits under the "construction costs.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Janet Your contingency figure of 14% (or $900,000) is 14% of approx 6.4m-about twice the contingency figures others are using. What makes you think we need to add such a large contingency number? Respectfully Fritz Johnson |
