With all due respect, I believe Janet is still obligated to keep any information she learned in confidence. Gail, I think Janet will make that determination for herself. If she and the Board disagree on that, what will they do? Throw her off the Board or whip her with a wet noodle? Perhaps we will not know what Janet knows or wants to reveal until she testifies in court. Norm |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Now that you will not face the Boards so called Code of Conduct and you are not restrained by any gag order, With all due respect, I believe Janet is still obligated to keep any information she learned in confidence. 3. CONFIDENTIALITY. A Director will keep confidential all privileged information gained by virtue of his or her office, howsoever derived. Exceptions to this policy may only be made by a majority vote of the Directors, unless legally mandated. I don't see anything in the Code which indicates "until no longer in office". |
