Tony, not having a wood floor in a "gym" is like buying a car without wheels, not to mention possible injury on a waxed floor.

This is the second time you have brought up this subject with what appears to be a lack of knowledge of many of the new space age materials available out there today. IF the OP Community Center floor is a standard vinyl tile floor that is waxed then you may have a point and I would agree it could present some problems. If we are having this discussion it would help to know exactly what flooring material will be used so we don't end up in one of those speculative discussions that leads no where.
