For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Shouldn't the same logic be applied for the golf course lot owners? Doesn't it cost to maintain the golf course? If the people just live next to the golf course and do not play golf why should they have to pay for course maintenance? Supposedly golf memberships pay for that. We have friends who live on the golf course and there are often men in the yard searching for a lost ball .....and .....on occasion some are relieving themselves. Gross! The property owner should have to pay extra for this??? I am thinking that perhaps you don't quite understand how assessments work around here. Nancy |
