Wrong.

There is a big difference between discussion or disagreement with issues ideas, etc., and, the forums public out and out caustic and derogatory remarks about individuals. And when the forum goes after employees to the point of naming names and discussing an employees termination the line has been crossed big time.

There is no justification nor comparison.

 Beatty's letter is text-book ad hominem attack.
