Town Hall Meeting held on 12/1/2004 by OPA to discuss various options related to new construction for space needs in the community. Video contains short clips of various presentations but it contains the entire clip of the presentation by John O'Connor of Budget and Finance on various options for financing up to $11 million or more. Other presentations were made previously but this was the first on financing options. Also included are comments by several board members and people in the audience. The video is dark and not best quality due to extremely dark conditions in the Yacht Club.
