OPA Board of Directors discusses various items related to report from Recreation and Parks Committee, with emphasis on Wood Duck Park. The controversial political issue is whether OPA should clear and open all designated public access paths into the park.
Heather Cook took a position that the paths should be appropriately marked and opened as soon as possible.
