Worcester County Commissioners meeting of 5/17/2005. Video segment covers discussion of state flush tax and Ocean Pines. The OP sewage treatment plant has apparently met the guidelines for removal of the flush tax on residents and a request to eliminate it has been sent to the state. John Tustin, Director of Public Works, wanted to keep the money for the service area but the County Commissioners voted to give it back to residents if eliminated by the state.
