OPA Annual Meeting 8/13/2005. Video segment covers a somewhat rare occurrence when a sitting OPA Board member takes advantage of public comments period of Annual Meeting. Coleburn sought clarification of financial report provided at meeting. Coleburn contended the Association actually lost over $111,000 last fiscal year as opposed to verbal report indicating a profit based on "operation."
This $111,000 loss for year end 2005 compared with a $583,000 profit the year before for a total loss over the year of over $600,000.
OPA's auditor confirmed that Coleburn was indeed correct.
Another association member also interjects comments voicing displeasure with how the "bottom line" was reported.
