OPA Board Meeting of 10/19/2005. Director Reid Sterrett motion to have OPA Comprehensive Plan Committee look at County proposed comprehensive plan and report back to board is passed. One must wonder why this issue was not addressed by the OPA Board of Directors many months ago. As a new board member, Sterrett is to be complimented on bringing this extremely important issue to the OPA front-burner. The prior board is to be critized for not addressing the County Comprehensive Plan.
